I bought Glee Season One, Volume One. Watching it now. Love it.
The Olympics started yesterday, which means that the heaps of work I have to do, probably won't get done. Well, it will get done.
Tried to check out the JackFrost activites this afternoon down on the waterfront. You had to pay to get in, which put a stop to that plan. Oh well. We did get to see the GIANT mountain of snow! Yay snow. And then this evening [at 7 o'clock], there was a fireworks display. We just happened to be on way out and could see them in the distance. Fireworks are happy. I think there should be fireworks displays once a month. FUN!
Also. I want to wear teacher clothes like Emma Pilsbury from Glee.

can't read my poker face
I fail (again) on blog writing.
Oh well. Give me numbers. I can do numbers. Sorta. Sometimes.
I have actually been doing a lot of writing lately, oddly enough.
I just prepared my very first test from scratch. Yea. That's right folks. And let me tell you, it's not an easy feat. I think I will probably end up re-doing the test, once I get some very valuable and informative feedback. But yea. I have SO much more respect for teachers. So much. I just want to go back to all of my teachers in 1-12 and give them a great big hug! I can't believe how much they have done for me and I had no idea.
I am tired. Ready for eating of food. Wonder what supper will be tonight. My friend had some homemade chilli, nacho cheese dip, and Frito chips. She was eating them all together. Like it was no big deal. (Has anyone else heard of this? Sounds strange to me)
Going to trivia on Thursday. With people! I am really excited. Don't tell anyone, but I am be becoming a social person.
On a random note: I could totally bring 80s wear back.
(Probably not..but I would sure have fun trying!!)

jumping over the moon with blue soup and marmalade
Flipping between Rent and Bridget Jones Diary. Both such great movies. This is my second time in a few weeks for both actually.
Worked this afternoon/tonight. L and I were confused on the time we started, and showed up two hours early. Oops. We came home and played Mario Kart. Loving having the Wii. My sickness is getting in the way of the fitness routines and the Wii I was trying to get going. But this is hopefully going to go away within the next couple of days. Fingers crossed.
Tonight at work, one of my coworkers was telling me a story of how she has a friend (on PEI), who gave birth on Dec 26... AND DIDN"T EVEN KNOW SHE WAS PREGRANT!!! Just like the TLC show. I didn't really think that these sort of things happen. It's crazy. I was just shocked. Couldn't belive it.
This conversation gave way to some interesting conversations about scandalous actions. I giggled. And then we talked about girls and how the get date raped and drugged. Apparently this happens around here? Crazy. I'm so sheltered, I don't feel as though it's going on, but it is. BE CAREFUL!

525600 minutes
I've been noticing a lot of lists and relsolutions lately. I never really was one for making resoluations. I just kind of went with the flow really. Did what I did. I feel like one year I probably said "I'm going to lose weight this year..." but yea, I don't know that I did.
Christmas is such a busy time. Full of going to see these people, having these people over, friends and family coming home...and relaxing. I'm all about just vegging out and not doing anything.
I miss having people friends living in the same province though. Sad face.
I wish that I could remember things more. The little details of things. Like certain lyrics and certain random stories that have happened. Or the plot to books. I remember them when people talk about them, but to remember them on my own doesn't sometimes happen.
Christmas was really great this year; I got a lot of useful things which is great. Also got Wii fit AND EA active. I can't wait to start using it. Hopefully it'll be the push I need.

hello blog
Well alright then.
Christmas is the best season. I've been trying to fight boredom by helping Christmas explode in our apartment. Decorations are everywhere, it's super. And there may also even be a tree too! A real live tree. It's awfully cute I think anyways.
Not 100% sure if I'm allowed to have a real tree...but there isn't anything in the lease that says we CAN'T have one, therefore, the assumption we're going with is that it's alright.
This past weekend I went to see my sister this weekend. Her and her beau were in a Christmas play...She had a solo and everything. It was a lot of fun, with singing, and dancing, and lights, and CHOIR MUSIC.
*Finger: need to remember to talk about something*
The show really made me want to join choir. I did it all though school, and doing musicals and stuff. I miss it. I don't really know if I was any good at it or anything, but it was fun. Really don't have a whole lot of time right now, so maybe not this year.
Right. Back to what I put the finger up for. Right.
The play, had RAPPING in it. Yes, that's right, rapping! With children. It is just too funny to describe, but it was hil.ar.i.ious.
Ok. Back to Christmas-ing.
